QUALITY AND SAFETY POLICY 2024

The Quality and Safety Policy documents the objectives and commitments in line with the company's strategies towards its clients and employees, to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System ISO9001-ISO27001. Scenario considers the active participation of all staff as essential for the full implementation of the Integrated Management System, aiming to achieve market consolidation through customer satisfaction with the services provided and the guarantees offered to clients. In order to maintain and strengthen its position in the market and achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty, Scenario is committed to continuously:

  • Conduct a systematic selection of high-tech new products
  • Adopt more innovative and reliable technical tools, making the organization of services more efficient and ensuring safer and more controlled processes to integrate customer activities
  • Adopt technical policies for managing and securing information, including the protection of data and elements of the information system responsible for their management

To fulfill its mission, Scenario intends to:

  • Promote the active participation of collaborators and employees to improve the efficiency of the services provided
  • Spread appropriate culture and methodologies within the organization so that anyone working there is constantly able to deliver the best service expected by the customer
  • Train personnel to develop not only technical skills but also organizational ones
  • Strengthen relationships with recognized vendors and distributors to ensure clients receive high-value, secure, reliable, and technologically advanced products
  • Encourage fruitful partnerships to actively contribute to defining product performance and characteristics, and provide necessary support for understanding and defining customer requirements and the technical specifications relevant to the product
  • Maintain and consolidate an Integrated Management System as a tool to achieve and monitor objectives, honor commitments, promote continuous improvement of business processes, and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements for related products and services
  • Implement procedures that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and authenticity of information and data handled in the course of activities
  • Raise awareness among staff regarding the proper use of information and communication tools to ensure timely transmissions and the ability to demonstrate that an action or event has occurred (non-repudiation), avoiding potential disputes
  • Encourage professional growth and ensure a safe working environment that protects the security and confidentiality of information

In practice, Scenario has identified the parties involved in information management, clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of each individual and incorporating documents (procedures) that detail them within the system. Procedures have also been established to identify, address, and prevent any incidents related to information security and to allow for the progressive improvement of the treatment system.
