Scenario Teamviewer QS

This Client allows you to establish an “on-the-fly” Remote Assistance session without the need to install programs on your computer.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Click here to download TeamViewer, install and run the file;
• Communicate to Scenario’s technician the ID that will appear when the program opens;
• Do not move the mouse or type on the keyboard so as not to hinder the technician’s work;
• Once the technician has completed the operation, the control of the computer will return to the user.

This Client allows you to install Teamviewer and add the computer to the Scenario account.
