SIMULATION

Port Environment Simulator

We offer innovative solutions by integrating advanced simulation platforms to train and update both new operators and professionals already experienced in the movement of port machinery.
In this way, it is possible to develop operational skills without exposing users to risks, improving their preparation and ability to face any type of challenge on the quay.
We can implement existing systems, developing automations to replicate the operation of specific machinery, and create realistic interfaces to simulate port machinery. Furthermore, the training stations are designed to be as close as possible to the real environment: a station for the student, complete with seat (also mobile), controls and monitor to replicate the vehicle cabin, and a station for the instructor, which allows monitoring and managing the exercises in real time.

Cargo handling and ship stability simulator

We provide an advanced cargo management system for ships, designed to monitor and control the distribution of cargo on board during loading and unloading operations. This tool is essential to ensure the stability of the ship, preventing overload or imbalance situations that could compromise safety.
Our solution collects and analyzes real-time data on the position, weight and distribution of the load, offering constant and precise monitoring.

Our solution ensures the overall safety of the ship and optimizes operational efficiency, reducing waiting times and improving operations, especially in crowded ports or in particular conditions. Thanks to this technology, we can support our customers in ensuring safe and fast operations, minimizing risks and maximizing performance during loading and unloading phases.

Logistics simulation

The logistics sector is extremely vast and characterized by complex dynamics, which require targeted and in-depth training.
To ensure effective and safe preparation, the Logistics simulator is proposed as an advanced tool, designed to offer complete training and a detailed understanding of the processes. By reproducing realistic scenarios, the simulator allows users to acquire the skills needed to optimize logistics operations in a practical way by addressing critical situations and improving resource management in a controlled and safe environment.

This tool finds application in a wide range of sectors: supply chain, ports, terminals, oil, gas and manufacturing. Furthermore, it is extremely useful in areas such as call centers, healthcare, retail and many other sectors, where the efficient management of logistics processes is crucial to the success of daily operations.

Airside simulation

The Airside Driving scope refers to the management and operation of vehicles within airport areas dedicated to air movement, known as "airside". This area, located beyond the security control, is accessible only to authorized personnel. Airside operations are particularly complex and high-intensity, requiring precise management to ensure the safety and efficiency of air operations. Since the area is characterized by high traffic density and often subject to adverse weather conditions, airside vehicle operators must have advanced skills and adequate training.
Our simulation solutions are essential for training these professionals. Since safety is essential in this context, training is traditionally carried out in controlled environments, such as driving simulators. These simulators allow us to replicate real scenarios of airport traffic and operating conditions, giving staff the opportunity to gain practical experience in a safe way, without the risks associated with real operations. In this way, we guarantee highly qualified and targeted training.

Railway simulation

Simulation in the railway sector is an essential tool for training and optimizing railway operations.

Our advanced solutions allow us to reproduce realistic train driving scenarios, giving operators the opportunity to gain practical experience in a safe environment, without the risks of real operations. The main objective is to train drivers to effectively manage a wide range of operational situations, such as changes in weather conditions, technical unforeseen events or emergencies, all in full compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Our simulation solutions reproduce with great precision the technical aspects of driving, such as speed control, stop management and interaction with railway infrastructures, improving the skills of operators in a safe and effective way.

Special Vehicle Simulation

We offer complete solutions for training in land driving, integrating advanced systems that range from design to manufacturing, up to installation and customization phases requested by the customer. Our simulations offer extraordinary realism to driving, thanks to detailed graphics and precise replication of driving tools, ideal for training drivers in a safe and controlled way.

Gaining practical experience in managing different operational situations, with risk reduction and improvement of their preparation without the need for interventions in the field. We reconstruct accident scenarios (Incident Analisis) in a terrestrial environment (for example, in industrial, airport, port environments) allowing us to analyze the dynamics of anomalies and learn from case studies to reduce risks in the future. Our simulators are used to evaluate risk prevention and management strategies, ensuring that procedures are tested in realistic conditions before being adopted in the field.

Disaster response

Disaster Response is the set of actions and operations implemented to address and manage the consequences of road, rail, air accidents and disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires or pandemics. It includes the immediate relief of victims, the provision of basic necessities (food, water, medicine), the rescue of people, the management of health emergencies and the restoration of damaged infrastructure.
Our solution reproduces disaster scenarios and allows emergency operators, local authorities and professionals in the sector to practice and prepare to manage crisis situations effectively. These simulators are used to train response teams, test emergency plans and improve coordination between the various agencies involved in the relief effort.
